Talking (& Painting) the Walk

Te Araroa through my Grandma’s eyes

Kia ora tātou,

I’m excited to present a virtual presentation of my experiences of Te Araroa. This was originally meant to be an in-person event at Henderson Library this weekend, but thanks to you-know-what we have decided to bring the talk into your bubbles!

In this talk, I weave together my experiences of walking the trail with my Grandma Barbara’s paintings of the landscapes. You can see a selection of Barbara’s paintings by scrolling down this page and clicking on the bottom right heading ‘Epilogue, part 1: Painting the trail’.

Feel free to read more about every day on my TA adventure on this blog, The Scroggin Chronicles.

Enjoy!
